These terms and conditions of service apply to the DreamKids Parental Control and DreamKids For Kids apps for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Anchiev Studio (collectively, the "Application"). Anchiev Studio is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider."
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create a parent account and pair it with a child's device.
2. Service Description
The Service Provider offers tools for parents and legal guardians to monitor and manage their children's mobile device usage. Features include:
- Screen time monitoring
- App usage analytics
- SOS emergency alerts
The Application is explicitly designed to operate without Location Tracking or Accessibility Services to maximize user privacy.
3. Authorized Use
You agree to use the Application ONLY on devices you own or have explicit legal right to monitor (such as your own minor child's device).
Using the Application to monitor individuals without their knowledge and consent, or where prohibited by law, is strictly forbidden.
- You may not use the Application to stalk, harass, or spy on adults or unauthorized individuals
- The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this clause immediately and without notice
4. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to promptly notify the Service Provider of any unauthorized use of your account. The Service Provider cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
Certain premium features of DreamKids Parental Control may require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
6. Artificial Intelligence
The Application does not currently use Artificial Intelligence (AI) components to process user data. Core functionality relies entirely on standard Android APIs for parental controls.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Application.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and without any warranty of any kind.
9. Data Processing & Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified of material changes by posting the updated Terms with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
