These terms and conditions of service apply to the DreamKids Parental Control and DreamKids For Kids apps for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Anchiev Studio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create a parent account and pair it with a child's device.

2. Service Description

The Service Provider offers tools for parents and legal guardians to help manage their children's mobile device usage. Features may include:

Screen time monitoring
App usage analytics using Android system usage information
SOS emergency alerts, where enabled and supported

3. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Application ONLY on devices you own or have explicit legal right to monitor (such as your own minor child's device).

Using the Application to monitor individuals without their knowledge and consent, or where prohibited by law, is strictly forbidden.

You may not use the Application to stalk, harass, or spy on adults or unauthorized individuals.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this clause immediately and without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Certain premium features of DreamKids Parental Control may require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.

5. Data Processing & Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
